A day of sight seeing in Beijing before teaching workshops tomorrow….I’m thinking the Temple of Heaven Park…it’s very cold outside and I’m wearing 3 pairs of pants, 3 tops, a sweater, jacket, gloves, 2 pair socks, boots, and, yes, my giant fuzzy white hat…perhaps I will survive.

I hope you’ll survive, or the world of bellydance will loose one of the best performers ever! Here in Spain is very cold too… ^^U

Gracias! And I did find a way to survive…The Japnanese have invented this uber warm, soft, silky, long underwear that I bought here in China and if I wear those plus 2 pairs of pants, a wool sweater, a thermal, an overcoat, fur hat, gloves, socks and boots, then only my extremities freeze! How do people survive this for months and months?? Well, today we went to the largest Tibetan Bhuddist monestary outside of Tibet. It was incredible. For lunch we had fish head soup and mulberry juice. I learned how to say “4 is 4, 14 is 14, and 40 is 40″ in Mandarin. That will come in handy someday.

Don’t say thank you, it’s the truth
. I wonder how cold you make any movement with all those kinds of clothes, for me it’s difficult to move my arms just with two jumpers ^^U. A Buddhist monastery? That sounds great! I’ve always wanted to go to Asia, unfortunatly it’s too expensive
, I guess you’re enjoying yourself a lot, don’t you?
By the way, I wish you a Merry Christmas(8) even though I’m not Christian xDDDDD
